GlowBareSkin™ Refund Policy

Transparent support for damaged, wrong or defective orders.

At GlowBareSkin™, we take pride in offering premium skincare products made with care and quality. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, safe and transparent.

Returns & Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery only if they are:

  • Damaged, defective or leaked at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect items shipped compared to your order.
  • Incomplete or missing items from your package.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or returned due to personal preference after delivery.

Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return, replacement or refund request within 2 days of delivery by contacting us through email or WhatsApp support.

Please share your order number, clear pictures/videos of the issue, and a short description of your concern.

Requests are reviewed only after verification of the product condition, packaging and order details.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is picked up and/or verified, your refund will be processed.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method, including credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet or net banking.

Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after we receive the required bank details via email or whatsapp.

Replacements

If you prefer, we may issue a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Replacements are applicable only for verified damaged, defective, leaked, incorrect or incomplete product cases.

If the same product is unavailable, our team will guide you with the next best resolution.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund or replacement unless damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with broken seal, tampered packaging or missing original packaging.
  • Products purchased during special sales, promotions or clearance events, unless damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards and trial packs.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team or by logging into your account, wherever cancellation is available.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may contact our support team for further assistance after delivery, subject to this Refund Policy.

Damaged, Wrong or Missing Product Claims

If your product is damaged, leaked, defective, incorrect or missing, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your case faster, please share:

  • Order number.
  • Clear images or videos of the package and product.
  • Unboxing video, if available.
  • Short description of the issue.

GlowBareSkin™ reserves the right to verify every return, refund or replacement request before approval.

GlowBareSkin™ may amend this policy when required. However, customer support, product safety and fair resolution will always remain our priority.

This policy is designed to protect both customer hygiene standards and genuine damaged, defective or wrong-product claims.
