At GlowBareSkin, we take pride in offering premium skincare products made with care and quality. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent.
1. Returns & Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if they are:

Damaged, defective, or leaked at the time of delivery.

Incorrect items shipped compared to your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
2. Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery by contacting us at info@glowbareskin.com or via our WhatsApp support.

Please provide your order number, pictures/video of the issue, and a short description of the concern.
3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is picked up/verified, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.

For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Replacements

If you prefer, we can issue a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to availability.
5. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products.

Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance events (unless damaged/defective).

Gift cards and trial packs.
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team or by logging into your account.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
