Fast, safe and carefully handled skincare delivery.
At GlowBareSkin™, we are committed to delivering your favorite skincare products quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process, ship and deliver your orders across India.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. After dispatch, shipping confirmation and tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across Pan India.
Orders are shipped through our courier partner Shiprocket, with delivery partners such as Blue Dart, depending on location and serviceability.
Shipping Timeline
- Standard delivery within India: 1–4 business days, depending on your location.
- Metro cities: usually 1–2 business days.
- Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and remote areas: usually 3–4 business days.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
We also offer free shipping on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, wherever COD is serviceable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking ID to follow your package through our logistics partner’s website until delivery.
Undeliverable or Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or multiple failed delivery attempts, our team will contact you for re-shipping support.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Damaged, Tampered or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return & Replacement Support
GlowBareSkin™ accepts return or replacement requests only for damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete products.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and supported with images/videos and order details for verification.
