1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email & whatsapp once your package is dispatched.

2. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across Pan India.

• All your Orders are shipped through our courier partner Shiprocket via Bluedart

3. Shipping Timeline

• Standard delivery within India: 1–5 business days depending on your location.

• Metro cities: usually 1-2 business days.

• Tier 2 & 3 cities or remote areas: 3–5 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD handling fee, Rs.75 may apply.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp.

• You can track your package through our logistics partner’s website until it is delivered.

6. Undeliverable or Failed Deliveries

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipping.
  

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@glowbareskin.com or WhatsApp +91-8008344653 with pictures/videos for verification.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
